Phoenix Fan Fusion Scooter Rentals 2025

We will be inside the Phoenix Convention Center, located in the 120 Prefunction just outside of 120 D. Please reference the map on this page to easily find Copper Star Home Medical at the Fan Fusion event.

HD Scooters allow for a 400-lb weight capacity, while Standard Scooter rentals allow for a 300-lb weight capacity. The HD scooter allows for a longer charge of up to 12-16 hours, while standard scooters tend to be more around that 9-hour charge time. Both scooters are great options for the Fan Fusion event.

Yes, we recommend our HD scooter for riders up to 400 lbs.

Please politely return your scooter to our rental booth after use. If you fail to return your scooter, we will consider it stolen property and have the right to take legal action. All scooters are due for return by midnight at close. If you are late to return, a $25 fee applies every 10 minutes past midnight until the scooter’s price has been reached. Please return your scooter.

Copper Star Home Medical will offer ADA event rentals from 9 a.m. to midnight. We will be onsite at the Fan Fusion event at the Phoenix Convention Center, in the 120 Prefunction just outside of 120 D. Scooters must be returned to the rental booth by event close.

You may contact our Tempe store via call or text to receive a refund up to 48 hours before the event. (602) 900-5246 Within 48 hours of the event, all bookings are final, and no refunds will be issued. You must confirm your cancellation with a Live Person. Otherwise, your booking has not been canceled.

We do offer same-day rentals if Scooters are available. However, rentals are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and we do not guarantee availability. Booking online before the event is the best way to ensure you have secured an ADA Rental.

For confirmation, we will require a valid ID card matching the name on the booking. Upon checkout, use the rider’s name. You will present this information at the Copper Star Rental booth for pickup.
