Our Customer Retail Specialist role is perfect for those who enjoy helping others and making a difference in people’s lives. As the “face of Copper Star Home Medical”, Customer Retail Specialists assist, educate, and provide solutions to our in-store customers, modeling a standard of excellence in providing superior customer service. This role will be assessing and identifying customer needs, and efficiently performing all tasks related to our point-of-sale process. To us, nothing feels better than being able to improve the lives of our customers by providing the best service available. This is an hourly position that is eligible for commission earnings. Hourly wage starting from $15 (DOE)

What We’d Love to See:
While not necessary, some big marks in your favor would include: prior experience in the HME industry, prior experience with medical insurance providers, and bilingual skills (Spanish/English)
