Job Summary

As a senior leader at the store, the Store Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of their store, including all aspects of end-to-end customer service, sales and revenue generation, store profitability, inventory control, training and development of staff members, cost control, as well as other key management responsibilities. The Store Manager must have a track record of obtaining superior profitable results thought others, this includes leading people from started steps to tangible outcomes. We’re looking for someone who has the experience and attitude to contribute and succeed in our senior management team. This position is full time salaried with quarterly bonus and reports to the President of Coper Star Home Medical Supplies.

Experience Needed

3-5 years of management experience with a proven track record of achieving results through staff.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong computer literacy.
Consistent ability to meet revenue and sales goals as a team leader.
Experience in managing a consistently profitable business unit or store.
Demonstrated ability to coach employees and manage performance, including attendance.
Ability to motivate and lead employees to achieve their best performance.
Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to plan and prioritize daily work schedules, including revenue goals, cost-saving measures, and customer deliveries/set-ups, while managing personal schedules.
Experience in managing performance, coaching high levels of customer service, providing actionable feedback, and aiding in employee retention.
Proven ability to drive results and meet established goals while fostering a cohesive, team-oriented environment.
Strategic thinking to identify revenue and cost-saving measures, achieving excellent results in both areas.
History of achieving superior profitable results through others, from strategy to tangible outcomes.
Ability to function as a positive company leader, demonstrating core values and a “can do” attitude.
Ability to work effectively on an interdisciplinary management team.
Must always maintain confidentiality.
High school diploma or G.E.D.

Responsibilities & Duties

Assisting in development and implementation of store goals for growth of store revenue in conjunction with company goals.
Accountable to senior leadership for store profitability goals.
Driving sales and revenue growth within the store.
Hiring, training, and providing continued education of staff at the store location.
Conducting performance/attendance management of all staff within the store.
Depositing accurate cash receipts and forwarding payment information in a timely manner.
Overseeing efficient, timely deliveries by the staff.
Assisting in overall marketing to enhance continued profitable company growth.
Reviewing financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance reports to measure productivity and goal achievements.
Maintaining proper store inventory levels, including ordering inventory items in a timely, efficient manner.
Maintaining a well-organized retail area that reflects the company’s standard of excellence.
Conducting staff meetings on a regular basis.
Performing other duties as deemed appropriate by senior management.
