Scooters can be conveniently picked up from our Tempe store or delivered directly to the conference for an additional fee. Let us help you stay mobile and make the most of this incredible gathering!

HD Scooters allow for a 400-lb weight capacity, while Standard Scooter rentals allow for a 300-lb weight capacity. The HD scooter allows for a longer charge of up to 12-16 hours, while standard scooters tend to be more around that 9-hour charge time. Both scooters are great options for this event.

Yes, we recommend our HD scooter for riders up to 400 lbs.

Please politely return your scooter to the hotel or Tempe store location after use. If you fail to return your scooter, we will consider it stolen property and have the right to take legal action. All scooters are due for return by midnight at close. If you are late to return, a $25 fee applies every 10 minutes past midnight until the scooter’s price has been reached. Please return your scooter.

Copper Star Home Medical will offer ADA event rentals from 9 a.m. to midnight. Scooters must be returned after the event.

You may contact our Tempe store via call or text to receive a refund up to 7 days before the event. (602) 900-5246 Within 7 days of the event, all bookings are final, and no refunds will be issued. You must confirm your cancellation with a Live Person. Otherwise, your booking has not been cancelled.

We do not offer same day rentals for this event. Please pre-book your rentals.

For confirmation, we will require a valid ID card matching the name on the booking. Upon checkout, use the rider’s name. You will present this information at to the store or driver who will be delivering the scooter to the hotel.
