What exactly does "Twilight Technology" do?

Most recliners only move the back and legs. Twilight Technology adds a third dimension by tilting the entire base of the chair. This allows you to achieve positions where your feet are elevated above your heart, which can help reduce swelling in the legs and take nearly all pressure off your spine and hips.

Is the "Wireless Charger" compatible with my phone?

The Titan includes a Qi-compatible wireless charging pad built directly into one of the armrests. If your smartphone supports wireless charging (standard on most modern iPhones and Androids), you can simply set it on the armrest to charge without needing any cables.

What is a "5-Zone" chair?

A 5-Zone chair allows you to adjust five different areas of the chair independently: the footrest, the backrest, the tilt (Twilight), the lumbar support, and the headrest. This level of adjustment ensures you can find the perfect angle for reading, watching TV, or sleeping.

Does this chair take up a lot of space when reclined?

Because of the advanced Twilight Tilt and the way the chair moves, it does require about 26 inches of clearance from the wall to fully recline. It is best suited for larger living rooms or bedrooms where there is ample space behind the chair.

What happens if the power goes out while I'm in the chair?

The Titan comes standard with a Lithium-ion battery backup system. This provides enough power to return the chair to a seated or standing position at least once during a power outage, ensuring you are never stuck in a reclined position.

Can I use a laptop or eat while in the chair?

Yes! The Titan features an accessory mount in the armrest that comes with a removable table. This is perfect for using a tablet, reading a book, or having a meal without having to move a heavy side table in front of you.

Visited this location on Saturday 6/13 at 1pm because Mayo Supply store is closed on Saturdays???!!! The young man who helped me was super helpful and friendly! He is a great asset to the location. The website says they close at 1pm but there’s a sign on the door advising of their new hours (thankfully) til 3pm. Ample supplies and plenty of new items I had not heard of. Prices are good! I recommend this location.

My husband and I planned a trip to Phoenix for our granddaughters graduation from ASU’S Law School. We are both handicap and needed a walker and wheelchair. I looked on the internet for a medical store with good reviews and saw Copper Star Home Medical Supplies. I gave them a call, they had what I needed, I ordered them for the week. They had them ready for our granddaughter to pickup on the day we arrived in Phoenix. Copper Star made it easy for us!!! They are very nice people.

I needed compression socks for an upcoming surgery and knew nothing about them. Luckily I called the medical supply company close by, Cooper. The gentleman that helped me was courteous and efficient. He took multiple measurements, asked relevant questions and brought me the stockings. Then he took the time to show me where my measurements were on the scale of the box. But the next part was when I checked in my Dr informed me that the stockings I brought were excellent and what is normally recommended. Efficient friendly and pleasant. I strongly recommend
