Your reserved equipment is removed from general inventory. -
Cancellations must be made 5 days before the event.
Refunds aren’t available after this deadline. -
No-shows are non-refundable.
Held equipment cannot be rented to others. -
No refunds for unused days after pickup.
The full reservation period applies once items are collected.

How do I reserve equipment for the event?
Reservations can be made online through our event rental page. Simply select your item, choose your pickup location or delivery option (when available), and complete payment to secure your rental.
Where do I pick up my rental equipment?
Pickup locations vary by event. Please see the event specific page for more information.
Can I have my rental delivered instead of picking it up?
Some events offer hotel or on-site delivery for an additional fee, while others provide pickup only. Delivery availability and pricing will be clearly listed on each event page.
What happens if the rental equipment is damaged during the event?
Please notify our team right away if your equipment is damaged or not functioning as expected. Prompt reporting helps avoid additional fees and ensures we can support you quickly.
Do you offer refunds if my plans change?
You may contact our Tempe store via call or text to receive a refund up to 7 days before the event – (602) 900-5246. Within 7 days of the event, all bookings are final, and no refunds will be issued. You must confirm your cancellation with a Live Person. Otherwise, your booking has not been canceled.
