Refunds, Cancellations & No-Shows
Please review the following policies to understand how refunds, cancellations, and no-shows are handled for all reservations.

All rentals are held exclusively for you.
Your reserved equipment is removed from general inventory. -
Cancellations must be made 5 days before the event.
Refunds aren’t available after this deadline. -
No-shows are non-refundable.
Held equipment cannot be rented to others. -
No refunds for unused days after pickup.
The full reservation period applies once items are collected.

Frequently Asked Questions
Where do I pickup my rental?
All mobility rentals for the QuiltCraft Sew Festival in Phoenix must be reserved in advance. Pre-booked equipment can be picked up at the front desk inside the Exhibit Building during event hours (10:00 AM – 5:00 PM). We do not have staff on-site, so same-day or walk-up rentals are not available.
What is the difference between the standard scooter and the HD Scooter?
HD Scooters allow for a 400-lb weight capacity, while Standard Scooter rentals allow for a 300-lb weight capacity. The HD scooter allows for a longer charge of up to 12-16 hours, while standard scooters tend to be more around that 9-hour charge time. Both scooters are great options for the Quilt, Craft & Sewing Festival.
Do you have scooters for someone over 300+ lbs?
Yes, we recommend our HD scooter for riders up to 400 lbs.
Will same day rentals be available in person at the event center?
Same-day or walk-up rentals are not available at the event center. All mobility equipment for the Quilt, Craft Sew Festival in Phoenix must be reserved in advance to ensure availability. Because we do not have staff on-site, pre-booking is required for all rentals.
What confirmation do I need to bring the day of the event to pick up?
For confirmation, we will require a valid ID card matching the name on the booking. Upon checkout, use the rider’s name. This will be presented to at the front desk where you will pick up your rental.
What happens if I don’t return my scooter after I am done renting it?
Please politely return your rental to where it was picked up from. If you fail to return your rental, we will consider it stolen property and have the right to take legal action. All rentals are due for return by when the event is over.

Please contact Copper Star Home Medical, Tempe store, by calling or texting (602) 900-5246. We are open Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and closed weekends. If you want to text us, please click on the text icon at the bottom of this screen and choose “Tempe.”
What hours are rentals available?
All pre-booked rentals will be available through the Quilt, Craft & Sewing Festival event times – 10:00am-5:00pm.
May I get a refund if I can not attend the event?
You may contact our Tempe store via call or text to receive a refund up to 7 days before the event. (602) 900-5246 Within 7 days of the event, all bookings are final, and no refunds will be issued. You must confirm your cancellation with a Live Person. Otherwise, your booking has not been canceled.
