Jay B.
Jay B. founded Copper Star Home Medical after leading the industry for decades in the Utah market, where his vision and leadership helped set the standard for quality, service, and patient-first care. Recognizing a major unmet need in Arizona, he expanded the company into the state in Q4 of 2019 (just months before COVID) defying all odds to launch and grow during one of the most challenging periods in healthcare. Starting with a single Mesa location, he built Copper Star into a thriving network that now serves patients across the Valley. A compassionate businessman and hands-on leader, Jay continues to champion accessible, high-quality home medical care for every patient and family we serve.

Trudy B.
As Co-Founder of Copper Star Home Medical, Trudy B. brings warmth and heartfelt intention to every part of the brand. She leads the charge in meeting customers exactly where they are and is the visionary behind our popular Gifts of Comfort section, an in-store collection designed to offer thoughtful, patient-sensitive items that bring care home in meaningful ways. Throughout this year alone, Trudy has strengthened Copper Star’s community presence through partnerships with local food banks, service initiatives, health and wellness programs, customer experience improvements, and internal culture-building efforts. Deeply committed to the mission of accessible, compassionate care, Trudy is always willing to explore new ideas that enhance the customer journey, and her genuine heart and leadership make her an inspiring force within our company.

Korry J.
Korry J. serves as President of Copper Star Home Medical and is a true all-around leader. There is no job in the company he hasn’t done. A respiratory therapist with 15 years of DME experience, he brings exceptional clinical knowledge, retail expertise, and an unwavering commitment to both his team and the customers they serve. From late-night home deliveries to advocating for ADA access at some of Arizona’s largest events, Korry has worked tirelessly to expand affordable access to medical equipment and build meaningful partnerships that strengthen the community. Known for his adaptability, and deep care for the people of Arizona, he has poured everything into building Copper Star and continues to lead with innovation, and a servant-hearted approach.

Carson B. has spent his entire career in the home medical industry, earning a reputation as a true expert with a wealth of knowledge and an approachable, solutions-driven leadership style. A forward thinker with deep experience in rehab, product education, and referral relationships, he has set company records and continues to raise the bar across the organization.
