We’re on-site throughout NASCAR Championship Weekend, with convenient pickup windows before the gates open and throughout race day. Simply present your confirmation email and a valid ID at Tent 1 or Tent 2 to collect your equipment.

How it Works (Simple, Private, Fast)
Refunds, Cancellations & No-Shows
Please review the following policies to understand how refunds, cancellations, and no-shows are handled for all reservations.

All rentals are held exclusively for you.
Once reserved, your equipment is removed from general inventory for the dates you selected. -
Cancellations must be made 5 days before the event.
Refunds are available up to 5 days prior to your first rental date. After that window, all bookings are final. -
No-shows are non-refundable.
If you don’t arrive to pick up your equipment, we’re unable to issue a refund because the rental has been held for you and cannot be rented to others. -
No refunds for unused days after pickup.
Once equipment has been picked up, the full reservation period applies—even if you return your rental early.
