Copper Star contacted me a day after my doctor appointment to get and share information about the CPAP device I needed. I thought I was going to have to drive to pick up the machine. But they gave me a link to have the right size mask measured on my phone. The machine was delivered in about 3 days. It was esasy to set up because there was a picture manual and videos that showed how to do everything. The app and the machine are connected by bluetooth and collect data about my sleep. I also had a follow-up call and texts from a contact person in charge of my case just to check on me! All steps were done within a week, and I didn't even have to leave my house! Easy delivery, excellent customer service, and simple machine to set up and use.

I am so happy that Copper Star Medical Supplies was contracted to handle mom's oxygen needs. The process could not have been any easier. First came the phone call to verify my mom's information. The representative was very friendly, helpful and professional. She had the oxygen at my door the same day.
