How is the PR515 different from the standard Cloud PR510?

The PR515 adds three extra motors compared to the 2-motor PR510. This gives you independent control over the power lumbar, the power headrest, and the Twilight Tilt, which aren't available on the standard model. It is essentially the "fully loaded" version of the Cloud chair.

What are the benefits of the "Rejuvenate" position?

The Rejuvenate position is made possible by the Twilight Tilt. It shifts the pressure from your seat to your back, which helps relieve pressure points on your hips and tailbone while promoting better blood flow throughout the body.

Does this chair include a backup system if the power goes out?

Yes, it comes with a Lithium-ion battery backup system as standard. This ensures that if you lose power while reclining, you have enough stored energy to return the chair to a safe seated or standing position.

Can I customize the fabric to match my home decor?

Absolutely. You can choose from standard soft-touch fabrics with Stain Defense coating, or upgrade to high-performance Alta™ fabrics or luxurious, breathable Brisa® faux leather in a wide variety of colors.

Is the chair difficult to troubleshoot if something stops working?

The PR515 features the SmartTek Diagnostic System. It uses a series of LED lights on the hand control and transformer to help you quickly identify if there is a loose connection or an electrical issue, often saving a service call.

Does the headrest move independently of the backrest?

Yes. The articulating power headrest allows you to tilt your head forward even when the chair is fully reclined. This is a favorite feature for users who want to watch TV or read a book while lying flat without needing extra pillows.

You’re right — here’s the corrected version without adding a name: I had an outstanding experience at Copper Star. The gentleman who helped me was efficient, knowledgeable, personable, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. He did everything in his power to make sure I understood all of my options, and I never felt rushed or pressured. I originally came in to purchase a wheeled walker, but I also had questions about hospital beds for home use, bathroom safety devices, mobility assistance, and several other items I had not even thought about yet. He was incredibly helpful with pricing, and his knowledge of insurance made the entire process much easier to understand. I am extremely pleased with my decision to go the distance to this company because they go the distance. I live near Thomas and I-17, so it was not exactly around the corner, but the distance traveled was absolutely worth the time and effort. Copper Star Medical clearly cares about helping people, and I will definitely come back again.

Visited this location on Saturday 6/13 at 1pm because Mayo Supply store is closed on Saturdays???!!! The young man who helped me was super helpful and friendly! He is a great asset to the location. The website says they close at 1pm but there’s a sign on the door advising of their new hours (thankfully) til 3pm. Ample supplies and plenty of new items I had not heard of. Prices are good! I recommend this location.

My husband and I planned a trip to Phoenix for our granddaughters graduation from ASU’S Law School. We are both handicap and needed a walker and wheelchair. I looked on the internet for a medical store with good reviews and saw Copper Star Home Medical Supplies. I gave them a call, they had what I needed, I ordered them for the week. They had them ready for our granddaughter to pickup on the day we arrived in Phoenix. Copper Star made it easy for us!!! They are very nice people.
