Who do I contact if I have questions about my purchase?

Please contact Copper Star Home Medical, Tempe store, by calling or texting (602) 900-5246. We are open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. If you want to text us, please click on the text icon at the bottom of this screen and choose “Tempe.”

May I get a refund if I can not attend the event?

You may contact our Tempe store via call or text to receive a refund up to 7 days before the event. (602) 900-5246 Within 7 days of the event, all bookings are final, and no refunds will be issued. You must confirm your cancellation with a Live Person. Otherwise, your booking has not been canceled.

Will same day purchases be available in person at the event center?

Yes, but availability is not guaranteed — first come, first served.

What confirmation do I need to bring the day of the event to pick up?

For confirmation, we will require a valid ID card matching the name on the booking. Upon checkout, use the rider’s name. This will be presented to at the gate where you will pick up your rental.

Purchased an electric wheelchair from Mesa Copper Star. Denise, was very attentive and helpful in my deciding a decision I was struggling to make. There are so many businesses that sell mobility equipment and different types it can be overwhelming. Denise didn’t try to upsell me at all and the choice I made was actually less expensive than others. The store has a very large selection of other accessories as well for many different needs. I’ll be back to Copper when it’s time to purchase my electric scooter. I Will ask for Denise who knows their products well since she even puts them together.

Company was very informative on my medical device. Once I recieved my prescription they updated me regularly until I picked the product up. I was running late to pick the product up and the store manager was understanding. Highly recommended!

Excellent customer service! Thank you Denise and Amy (hope i remembered correctly). I realized day after a rollator purchase i didn't get the proper transport chair combo, which is what i needed. Called in a panic hour before a med appt, and they told me to come down they had the right one in stock. Super quick easy fix to get the needed equipment. Highly recommend!
