Where do I pickup my rental?

Specific pickup tents will be coming soon.

What is the difference between the standard scooter and the HD Scooter?

HD Scooters allow for a 400-lb weight capacity, while Standard Scooter rentals allow for a 300-lb weight capacity. The HD scooter allows for a longer charge of up to 12-16 hours, while standard scooters tend to be more around that 9-hour charge time. Both scooters are great options for the Nascar event.

Do you have scooters for someone over 300+ lbs?

Yes, we recommend our HD scooter for riders up to 400 lbs.

What happens if I don’t return my rental after I am done renting it?

Please politely return your rental to the tent that it was picked up from. If you fail to return your rental, we will consider it stolen property and have the right to take legal action. All rentals are due for return by when the event is over.

Who do I contact if I have questions about my rental?

Please contact Copper Star Home Medical, Tempe store, by calling or texting (602) 900-5246. We are open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. If you want to text us, please click on the text icon at the bottom of this screen and choose “Tempe.”

What hours are rentals available?

All rentals must be booked before the event. There will be no available rentals at the event. Please prebook your rentals accordingly.

May I get a refund if I can not attend the event?

You may contact our Tempe store via call or text to receive a refund up to 7 days before the event. (602) 900-5246 Within 7 days of the event, all bookings are final, and no refunds will be issued. You must confirm your cancellation with a Live Person. Otherwise, your booking has not been canceled.

Will same day rentals be available in person at the event center?

We do not offer same day rentals for this event. Please pre-book your rentals.

What confirmation do I need to bring the day of the event to pick up?

For confirmation, we will require a valid ID card matching the name on the booking. Upon checkout, use the rider’s name. This will be presented to at the gate where you will pick up your rental.

I was pleasantly surprised by the personal service in fitting compression stocking. I had a fairly negative attitude about wearing them. Carson took measurements and showed me an appliance that made putting them on easy and relatively painfree.. You’re right — here’s the corrected version without adding a name: I had an outstanding experience at Copper Star. The gentleman who helped me was efficient, knowledgeable, personable, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. He did everything in his power to make sure I understood all of my options, and I never felt rushed or pressured. I originally came in to purchase a wheeled walker, but I also had questions about hospital beds for home use, bathroom safety devices, mobility assistance, and several other items I had not even thought about yet. He was incredibly helpful with pricing, and his knowledge of insurance made the entire process much easier to understand. I am extremely pleased with my decision to go the distance to this company because they go the distance. I live near Thomas and I-17, so it was not exactly around the corner, but the distance traveled was absolutely worth the time and effort. Copper Star Medical clearly cares about helping people, and I will definitely come back again.
