Copper Star’s employee, Patrick was exceptional in helping us to decide on a transporter wheelchair. We appreciated his attention to detail and making sure how the chair works and was transparent about the cost of his monthly rental use.

I was given other options where to go purchase compression socks, but I'm so glad that I chose Copper Star Home Medical Supplies in Surprise. I was coming directly from a doctor appointment where I found out I needed EVLT procedure for chronic vein insufficiency. I was quite overwhelmed with the information. Then I went to Copper Star and met Candace. It was obvious she sees her position there as more than just a job. She was very kind and understanding. She is very knowledgeable about her products and took the time to show me a few tips about putting the thigh highs on.

First and foremost, Steven was amazing. I was having a foot surgery and would be staying at my sister’s older house with small doorways. Steven was the only person who cared enough to measure in real time and offered alternatives. Then he held , with deposit a chair and shoe lift till the surgeon said that the chair was not necessary. I cannot say enough about how I, at 75 was treated. Thank you
