What if I need to extend my rental?
No problem! Your rental will automatically renew and charge the card on file until you’re ready to return the equipment. Just let us know when you’re finished, and we’ll arrange an easy pickup or drop-off.
Do you deliver rental equipment to my home?
Yes - Copper Star Home Medical provides home delivery and setup for all medical equipment rentals throughout Arizona. Delivery is available for a flat $150 fee, and our team ensures your equipment is assembled correctly and that you feel confident using it before we leave.
Is rental equipment covered by insurance?
Coverage varies by plan and product type. Some rentals may qualify with a doctor’s prescription, while others are considered out-of-pocket.
