Best store I’ve ever visited, the staff was kind, patient and caring to my needs.

Denise was very helpful in assisting me with finding a rollator that I could handle getting in & out of car and reasonably priced. Very pleased with my purchase and her assistance.

So far, Copper Star has been efficient and easy to work with. In one situation they were quick to make sure that I got the information that I needed. People from different departments were addressing the same issue. I always find that refreshing and encouraging. The Resmed equipment that I have received so far has been very easy to operate, and I am able to breathe through the night for the first time in many many years. I would have no problem recommending this company to my friends and family.

The gentleman in the store was very helpful. I had tried to use the CPAP several years ago, but had a problem with a different vendor and couldn’t get a mask that worked. I asked about masks and he went over them with me. However, the supplier does a virtual fit use your phone’s camera and asks a couple of questions. It then decides which mask you need, doesn’t check with you, and sends the CPAP and other equipment. I was sent masks that clearly wouldn’t work. I took everything back to the Tempe store, they exchanged the masks for me and got me masks we think will work. After three nights, the CPAP machine tells me the mask fit isn’t right, I don’t believe this is the fault of the mask, I tossed and turned during the night and the mask starts to leak along one edge or another. I wake up I’m readjust the mask. My iPhone tells me I wake up and move at a minimum eight times a night. I’ll stop by the store next week and see if they have any recommendations. All in all I had a good experience with the store.
