Representative (a gentleman behind counter) sorry forgot name but absolutely knowledgeable, polite, caring, happy to assist in finding me a scooter to rent for a month and and just it for me and make sure it was tight and would not send me into a high speed wobble ( that was because my husband owned a scooter and he darn near ended up in a high speed wobble going down a hill). Was kind, listened to what I was looking for and did not rush me but kindly answered my questions and even showed me how to tighten (if needed) loose nuts and taught me how to fold it to place in my truck cab. I 100% recommend COPPER STAR on 4030 E. Bell Rd the place to go for Scooters,Wheelchairs, and any other medical supplies you need. A great inventory in stock, a pretty good size store. And amazing Persons who are employed there!! Can't go wrong with this store!!

Used Copper State for bed rental and then purchase of a medical bed. In both instances all interactions were courteous, helpful and priced fairly. Delivery was on time, set up quick, professional. Rental was very clean too!

Copper Star Home Medical made it soooo simple for us to get a wheelchair for my mother! Mom is 91 and is celebrating my bday with us in WI!

We are flying to Arizona on Monday and instead of lugging a chair onto the plane and thrown into the cargo .. we simply were able to acquire a chair from Copper Star with convenient hours for pickup … we will definitely get all our supplies from them … and Copper Star has 4 smart locations in AZ!!
