Rental periods vary by product. Most items are available for weekly or monthly rentals, giving you flexibility to fit your needs.

Can my rental be delivered?

Yes. Delivery is available for a flat rate of $150, with a few products having specific delivery fees noted on their product page.

Does insurance cover rentals?

In some cases, yes. Coverage depends on your insurance plan and the type of equipment. For assistance, call our billing team at 602-887-9940.

Do I need a prescription to rent?

Some equipment requires a prescription. For example, oxygen and CPAP machines must have a valid prescription before rental.

What’s included with my rental?

Hospital bed inclusions depend on the package tier selected—see each product page for details. CPAP machines do not include masks or tubing. Patient lifts require a separate sling purchase. For questions, call us or visit any of our 4 store locations.

Can I buy the equipment after renting it?

Many rentals are available for purchase. Ask about purchase options for your specific product at the time of rental.
