I was disappointed that the small Golden electric wheelchair we purchased for traveling 3 years ago was acting up, but we were very impressed with the attention, communication and service by Copper Star. Steven at the Bell Rd location made sure the wheelchair got to the service location where they were very thorough in diagnosing and testing the wheelchair before returning it. For service and communication I would give 5 stars. Our only frustration was that the process took 2 weeks because of transporting the chair. We have a backup wheelchair, but for anyone who doesn’t, renting an electric wheelchair would run about $75 a week with a wait of some days for the rental to be delivered to the store.
