Copper Star Surprise has an outstanding employee by the name of Cesar. Cesar not only made an extra effort and spent time to understand the issue I was having with my CPAP machine but did great follow-up work to get me a replacement rental machine while having my machine sent off to Resmed for repair. Cesar kept me updated and made good on all actions that he said he was going to perform!

Wonderful company and staff. Amy was a delite to work with. Very informative and personable. Everything was so co ordinated and the whole procedure with checking Insurance and getting in for an appt took about 48 hours and I had my c-Pap. Very pleased!!

Wonderfully patient, wonderfully knowledgeable and did an incredible job training me, answering all of my questions making sure I that had all my concerns addressed.
