These power scooters are pre-owned and were previously part of Copper Star Home Medical's event rental fleet. Each scooter has been carefully inspected before being offered for sale and may show signs of normal wear from previous use.

How far can the scooter travel on a full charge?

Depending on the model, these scooters may have an original advertised travel range of up to 14.5 miles per charge and a top speed of up to 4.5 mph. Because these are used scooters, actual battery range and performance may vary based on battery condition, rider weight, terrain, and other factors.

Do you have scooters for someone over 300+ lbs?

Yes, we recommend our HD scooter for riders up to 400 lbs.

Have the scooters been inspected?

Yes! Each used scooter has been carefully inspected by Copper Star Home Medical before being offered for sale. As pre-owned equipment, scooters may have cosmetic wear, and battery condition and performance may vary.

Where can I pick up my purchased scooter?

Purchased scooters are available for pickup at Tempe or designated events. Pickup arrangements and availability must be confirmed with our team.

Do the used scooters come with a warranty?

No. All used scooters are sold as-is without a warranty. We encourage customers to contact our team with any questions about the scooter's condition, features, or suitability before purchasing.

May I get a refund if I can not attend the event?

You may contact our Tempe store via call or text to receive a refund up to 7 days before the event. (602) 900-5246 Within 7 days of the event, all bookings are final, and no refunds will be issued. You must confirm your cancellation with a Live Person. Otherwise, your booking has not been canceled.

Can I return or exchange a used scooter?

No. All used scooter purchases are final, with no returns or exchanges, except where required by applicable law. Please review the product information and confirm that the scooter meets your needs before completing your purchase.

What confirmation do I need to bring the day of the pickup?

For confirmation, we will require a valid ID card matching the name on the booking.

Leah and Jason made my NASCAR weekend a rousing success. I reserved a scooter online for the weekend, and to be honest, was a bit nervous because I had never done this before. They were both so friendly and patient with me, I felt comfortable in no time. There wasn't even a hassle when I missed the first day of the reservation due to an unfortunate series of events. The scooter was there waiting for me the next day. I am so happy I made the reservation and got to meet Leah and Jason. I am excited to rent a scooter from them for the spring races as well. Thank you for a wonderful experience, and for offering this service so I could enjoy my weekend without worrying that my bad hip and knee would ruin the fun for my son.
