Where do I pickup my rental?

Scooters can be conveniently picked up by Zoomtown or Gate 3 at the Phoenix Raceway. See the event map for more help.

What happens if I don’t return my rental after I am done renting it?

Please politely return your rental to the tent that it was picked up from. If you fail to return your rental, we will consider it stolen property and have the right to take legal action. All rentals are due for return by when the event is over.

Who do I contact if I have questions about my rental?

Please contact Copper Star Home Medical, Tempe store, by calling or texting (602) 900-5246. We are open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. If you want to text us, please click on the text icon at the bottom of this screen and choose “Tempe.”

What hours are rentals available?

All rentals must be booked before the event. There will be no available rentals at the event. Please prebook your rentals accordingly.

May I get a refund if I can not attend the event?

You may contact our Tempe store via call or text to receive a refund up to 7 days before the event. (602) 900-5246 Within 7 days of the event, all bookings are final, and no refunds will be issued. You must confirm your cancellation with a Live Person. Otherwise, your booking has not been canceled.

Will same day rentals be available in person at the event center?

We do not offer same day rentals for this event. Please pre-book your rentals.

What confirmation do I need to bring the day of the event to pick up?

For confirmation, we will require a valid ID card matching the name on the booking. Upon checkout, use the rider’s name. This will be presented to at the gate where you will pick up your rental.

Needed to get a knee walker, nothing was open on a weekend except Copper Star. I prefer to do business with locally owned anyway, so we went up to 40th St & Bell, got the rental I needed and while there, my son picked up supplies for his CPAP. That was a Bonus.

After spending at least 2.5 hours going from one pharmacy to another looking for great quality compression socks, a customer in the pharmacy that I was at at that moment, heard me mumbling to myself by the small collection of compression socks in that store! We spoke for a moment and she told me to go to Copper Star Home Medical Supplies NE corner of Power and Southern in Mesa! After profusely thanking her, I was on my way! When I saw the Copper Star store I felt so relieved! I opened the door and was greeted by a lovely lady, she asked what I was looking for and I told her what I needed and within five minutes she was measuring me for the right size socks, making sure I was happy with the socks and told me how to care for them! Great service, and a pleasure to sit and have someone decide what I needed! Thank you to the lady in the pharmacy and thank you to the lady in Copper Star! Blessings to you both! Jana C. Steve was a great salesman! My wife was picking up an upright walker (third visit and she still couldn’t make up her mind). He stayed even after hours. I have a bad back and sat in one of their medical lazy-boy like chair and now he working up a proposal price one. Great guy and good salesman!!
