Wagon Rentals for the Arizona State Fair
We’re proud to offer convenient wagon rentals for attendees of The Arizona State Fair! Designed to make your visit smoother and more comfortable, our wagons provide an easy way to transport kids, snacks, and essentials throughout the fairgrounds.
Event Pickup
On the day of your reservation, you can pick up your wagon at either of the following locations: • Gate 3Gate 4 Simply select your preferred pickup gate during checkout and we’ll have your wagon ready upon your arrival.
Comfort & Convenience at the Fair
These wagons are lightweight yet strong—making it simple to pull your little ones around all day. With roomy seating, built-in seat belts, and a compact design, it’s the perfect solution for families who want to enjoy the fair without the extra fatigue.

Where do I pickup my rental?

Need a wagon at the Arizona State Fair? Visit the ADA Rental Tent located at Gates 3 & 4 from October 1 through November 1. To ensure availability, pre-book your wagon online before your visit. ADA rental equipment is available on a first-come, first-served basis, and online reservations are strongly recommended. Pre-booking guarantees your ADA rental reservation and helps you avoid limited on-site availability.

What happens if I don’t return my rental after I am done renting it?

Please politely return your rental to the gate that it was picked up from. If you fail to return your rental, we will consider it stolen property and have the right to take legal action. All rentals are due for return by when the event is over.

Who do I contact if I have questions about my rental?

Please contact Copper Star Home Medical, Tempe store, by calling or texting (602) 900-5246. We are open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. If you want to text us, please click on the text icon at the bottom of this screen and choose “Tempe.”

What hours are rentals available?

All rentals will be available through the Arizona State Fair event times. We will be at the event from open until close each day.

May I get a refund if I can not attend the event?

You may contact our Tempe store via call or text to receive a refund up to 7 days before the event. (602) 900-5246 Within 7 days of the event, all bookings are final, and no refunds will be issued. You must confirm your cancellation with a Live Person. Otherwise, your booking has not been canceled.

Will same day rentals be available in person at the event center?

Same day rentals are available. However, we can not guarantee availability same day. Everything is first come, first serve. So we strongly advise booking ahead of the event.

What confirmation do I need to bring the day of the event to pick up?

For confirmation, we will require a valid ID card matching the name on the booking. Upon checkout, use the rider’s name. This will be presented to at the gate where you will pick up your rental.

I texted the chat line after hours knowing I wouldn’t hear until the following day. An hour before the store hours I got a response telling me the item was in stock and would I like them to set it aside for me. I happily said yes and I would be there in the afternoon.
